1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the data intelligence features provided by SellyIndex ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm your agreement to bind yourself legally to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these policies, do not utilize our analytics suites.
2. Purpose of the Service
SellyIndex acts as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform built to generate statistical estimations, profit parameters, competitor metrics, and overall analytical intelligence regarding public eBay marketplaces.
All metrics generated (including opportunity and profit scores) represent localized estimations and software calculations rather than guarantee declarations. Final sourcing decisions remain exclusively the user's risk and liability.
3. Account Restrictions & Security
When joining our platform, you agree to safeguard your authentication secrets. You may not:
- Share active Pro individual user credentials or account sessions with third parties.
- Automate external data scraping loops targeting our user interface or backend processing units without official API tier access.
- Attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary calculation metrics.
4. Billing, Cancellations, and Plan Usage
Subscription fees matching our public pricing tiers are processed immediately via Stripe based on your monthly or annual configuration.
- Starter Plan: Limited to 5 daily niche scans per single user entity. Daily reset structures occur automatically at midnight UTC.
- Pro & Agency Plans: Subject to a 7-day initial evaluation period. Paid cycles automatically renew unless explicit cancellation is performed in the dashboard settings before the target renewal date.
5. Platform Fair Use & API Access
To secure robust operational runtimes for all resellers, we monitor infrastructure load patterns. Even on unlimited tiers, programmatic brute-forcing of search queries through standard UI web portals is restricted. If your application profile demands heavy systematic load profiles, you must coordinate setups via our standard API access parameters available on the Agency tier.
6. Limitation of Liability
SellyIndex and its entities shall not be held liable for marketplace distribution changes, inventory value deprecation, eBay policy enforcements, financial losses, or business interruptions tied to execution choices made based on platform research data.
7. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to alter or adjust these foundational guidelines to comply with shifting API architectures or marketplace rules. Continued access to your SellyIndex dashboard workspace implies compliance updates acknowledgment.
